   Hi apes!

   I resisted the urge for a while but I had to see what all the hype was about with the Smok TFv8 "Cloud Beast".

   Every time I fill up the tank, juice begins to dribble down from the coil into the air flow holes. Typically a quarter of the tank dissipates into the air flow and leaks out soon as I pick it up to vape. Once I've finished mopping up the juice from the air flow holes, it won't leak again till I open it up and fill.

   I've tried filling with air flow open and closed as I thought it could be a change in pressure, still leaks. I tried using all the coils that came with it but it still leaks

   Is anyone else having the same issues?



2. Hi fellow Ape!

   I am having the same problem and im getting really pissed off at this shit.

   In the beginning it kept leaking over and over from the seal in the bottom of the coil .. so i did the fix to the little wires inside and outside of the seal and it did it well .. then it started leaking again and again whenever i refill with juice .. I tried everything from closing the airflow holes to re-tightening everything together to screwing the coil into the chimney before the tank base to making sure the bloody top is sealed properly after filling to waiting enough time .. nothing worked .. replaced with a new coil after fixing it again and still until this day leaks whenever i refill .. and not from the bottom seal but from inside the coil itself .. it eventually stops leaking after emptying more than half the tank ..

   I am not sure what is the deal with Smok ignoring all the reports people are giving on this fail of theirs' .. I am very shortly getting to a point of frustration where i will simply dump this tank and all the coils and go back to my Cleito

   What a shame!

   I had this very same problem, invested time in some YouTube videos and no longer have the problem.

   Fixes I've found. You'll have to look up the videos.

   1. Adjust the coil if it is not lined up properly (never had this problem but seen the video.

   2. Close the airflow when filling and between vaping + big fix worked for me.

   3 put a vape band round the very top of the tank + again since doing this I haven't had any problems since doing this.

   4. Replace faulty rubber where the juice fill hole is. Again never had this problem but I've watched the fix video in YouTube.

   I've moved on from stock coils to RBA, have two TFV8s and use them as my all day Vapes. I like my TFV8s I'm moving on to Drippers, Mechs and have a more portable goblin mini for adv on route but the TFV8S have been good servants.

   I agree it's a pain in the arse to research these fixes but it's ultimately time well spent.

   Put your vape band here.

   Also tighten the fucker up. I use a wrench type tool to unscrew mine and change to cotton. It's a bit inconvenient but ultimately no biggie for a leak free tank.

   

5. I had one.

   It leaked first fill, close air vents, fill, close lid and open vents. This sorted it

   My wife has one and unfortunately not of the above works i have stood there and watched as a full tank of juice empties itself within seconds. i would recommend everyone stays away from this tank
